By accessing or using GPO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GPO is a free email reader application that connects to your email account via OAuth. The Service allows you to read, browse, and manage your email messages through the GPO interface. GPO is not an email provider -- it accesses your existing email account with your explicit authorization.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GPO. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
GPO is currently available on an invite-only basis. To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@gpo-mail.com.
GPO is provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. If paid features are introduced, we will notify you in advance, and your use of any paid features will be entirely optional.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by GPO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain all rights to your email content -- GPO claims no ownership over your email data.
GPO integrates with third-party email service providers and APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY EMAIL DATA DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPO and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@gpo-mail.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe. You may also revoke GPO's access to your email account at any time through your email provider's settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
